Out of the great Elephant 6 musical collective (of Montreal, Neutral Milk Hotel) came The Apples In Stereo, and now co-founder Hilarie Sidney and her new band, The High Water Marks. Sidney will be releasing her first record in thirteen years, Ecstasy Rhymes, on November 20th, but first is the great new sunshine of a song, “Can You”, and video.
