This Wednesday, November 9th, New York Public Radio held its 2022 gala honoring Brooke Gladstone, journalist and managing editor of WNYC’s On the Media. Hosted in the Grand Ballroom of Manhattan’s historic Plaza Hotel by Samantha Bee (Full Frontal with Samantha Bee, The Daily Show) attendees included The New Yorker Editor David Remnick, Actor Richard Kind (Mad About You, Curb Your Enthusiasm), former New York Governor David Paterson, NPR’s Michele Martin and more. The night raised over $1 million to support WNYC and featured a performance from the Grammy Award-winning Kronos Quartet.
