Fatboy Slim (and more recently as Brighton Port Authority) – is still something of a pioneer, despite only adopting the moniker & breaking out in the late nineties, paving the way for today’s British DJ-producers to be known for their music, their production, and more. |

Rusko Christopher ‘Rusko’ Mercer has brought an upbeat sound to today’s flourishing new dubstep scene, and worked with the likes of M.I.A. (QRO photos from HARD NYC), Rihanna, and even Britney Spears. |

Laidback Luke Dutch DJ (though he was born in Manila) first became known for his graffiti work, before moving to the turntables, so expect visuals aplenty with your beats. |

Soulwax Amid the many solo and duo acts of HARD Haunted Mansion comes full-on electronic band Soulwax from Ghent in Belgium, heading strong into their third decade (and on a HARD-sponsored tour). |

Skrillex Originally frontman for L.A. post-hardcore outfit From First to Last, Sonny Moore – a.k.a. Skrillex (QRO photos) – has since reinvented himself as an electro-house/dubstep DJ. |

Major Lazer The collaboration between DJ/producers Diplo (QRO photos) and Switch (see above) made a serious breakthrough in 2009 as Major Lazer (QRO photos at a festival), with Guns Don’t Kill People… Lazers Do, and followed it up last year with tour EP Lazers Never Die. |
