Saturday Night Live just had its Christmas episode, which featured musical guest Hozier. The Irishman in New York celebrated the holiday and the recently passed Shane MacGowan by playing Pogues‘ famed “Fairytale of New York” – watch to catch the back-up singers up-front, guitarist switching mid-song to violin, flute solo, cellist surprised by the fake snow, and more:
