The newest Anderson .Paak single, “Lockdown”, is a funky, first person account of BLM protests. The lyrics address Covid-19, “Speakin’ of the Covid is it still goin around?” and looting during and after protests, “Oh why don’t you tell me bout the lootin what’s that really all about?” This is a timely track and well worth a listen.
