QRO has loved Snowden for a long time (QRO spotlight on), from seeing them on tour (QRO live review) with Kings of Leon to a great interview with main man Jordan Jeffares. That’s why it’s been so frustrating waiting for the band to release a follow-up to 2006’s great debut full-length, Anti-Anti.
Well, the band is finally going to release their sophomore record, No One In Control, this fall on Kings of Leon’s own Serpents & Snakes. Of course, we’ll believe that we hear it, but until then, catch the band on tour starting July 24th at Mercury Lounge, and continuing into August:
7/24/12 – New York, NY – Mercury Lounge
7/25/12 – Washington, D.C. – DC 9
7/26/12 – Chapel Hill, NC – Local 506
7/28/12 – Atlanta, GA – The Earl
7/29/12 – Nashville, TN – The High Watt
7/31/12 – Chicago, IL – Subterranean
8/1/12 – Detroit, MI – Garden Bull
8/2/12 – Toronto, ON, Canada – The Garrison
